I'm thinking big here: start with the blog which becomes the go-to place for the untapped need in the market for all things despot fashion.  Clothing, mag, and other advertisers trip over themselves to sponsor us.  We branch out into consulting to gov't leaders (think plumb consulting jobs on campaigns...oh wait, these are despots) and form an NGO to put on fashion shows in the new design capitals of Sana'a, Astana, Kalutara, Lagos, and Brussels.  We are recognized (read: protected by a private army) the 3rd world over as tastemakers who take the local gentry to the next level of fashion deity for their people.  If you don't look the part, you can't suppress the peeps.
